Seagull cbt answers I’ve been lurking on the seagull cbt subreddit, and like with most packs of people, there’s a heated debate as to whether or not it works. One person claims they lost 3 lbs in 2 days; the other says it didn’t do anything for them. Since I can’t go around and ask every person who uses seagull cbt, I thought it would be best to post my results here and update this article with what others say as well. What is seagull cbt? Seagull cbt is a diet made by BEW Health & Fitness with the premise of dropping your body fat with a burst of calories. It’s not exactly new, but at this point there are very few resources that can be found online currently that talk about it. I managed to find the original thread on /r/loseit where most of the advice was written, and decided to contact them if they had any sort of official website or site where you could order their product. They claim that this is “The Only Natural Fat Loss System On The Market” and that it has been used by such companies such as Coca-Cola and Under Armour. The diet consists of a 7 day cycle where you eat 2 meals a day, and a 3–4 hour “stack” before bed. By “stack” I mean you eat as many calories as possible before going to bed, then you wake up from sleep and follow the same pattern for another 4 hours. This is one of the most intense dieting cycles that I have ever seen, and it’s using a very large portion of your daily caloric intake. Getting Started I got started with seagull cbt on September 14th, 2016, so this review will give me the best insight on how well I did. I weighed myself on the 14th and it was 185.6 lbs with 16% body fat. I also measured myself with my tape measure, and they stated that my waist is 33”, so my BMI is right around 25.4, which is considered normal weight. I was still at 190lbs when I woke up on day one of seagull cbt, so I knew that this diet would be the hardest one yet due to the large amount of calories consumed over a short period of time. Preparation/Stacking Phase Sadly there is no official website for seagull cbt; all there is an email address for me to message them if I had any questions or concerns (that I never used). I had to read the thread on /r/loseit for a couple hours to properly understand what needed to be done. The stacking phase is very simple: eat as many calories as you can before going to bed, and wake up and do the same for a certain amount of hours. I don’t know why there is a certain number of hours, but I assume it’s from talking to BEW Health & Fitness. The way that they stated that the stacking phase is supposed to work is that you store all those calories as fat loss, which is not actually how it works, but more on that later. I ended up eating 4200 calories in total over the course of 6 hours. cfa1e77820
