The fact is, understanding the nature of your job leads to better performance. But how? What's your experience with this? -I think about what I'm doing and why it needs to be done, what I like about it, what I don't like about it. And since my experience is unique to me, I can always do things differently. That's where the personalization comes in - making my work better fit me rather than vice versa. Understanding the nature? That means understanding myself. -I think the answer lies in hard work and commitment to learning. It's very important to find mentors who can help you work through what you don't know, who can uplevel your thinking and give direct feedback. -What do I like about what I do? That's easy: I love working with creative people and helping them realize their best creative expression. And I love that we're reaching new heights in print design and digital design while still paying attention to the craft of traditional printing and its traditions. Everything we're doing is part of the creative tradition - old, new, or even hybrid - but itís our attempt to make things better than they've ever been done before. -I don't have a solid answer for this, but I know that the more experience I have under my belt the better I understand what my employer is looking for in me. The more I work with certain people, the more I understand their working styles and how to work with them. Even just talking to older employees can be helpful in this regard. They may not know exactly what your job is all about, but they're probably been through a similar experience at some point in their life and can offer advice about how they dealt with it. -For me it's about putting into practice these three things: -being impeccable with my work, for this one I have to say that self-correction is the key. Once you realize that what makes your work good cannot be taught, it becomes important to look at your work over and over and copy yourself. Getting your hands on a digital version of how your work is put together helps a lot. I've been practicing this approach for more than 10 years and I can confidently say that I'm still learning and growing as an artist, designer and engineer. -Having a good understanding of what we do so you can justify why you do it. Everyone has their own idea of what it is they want to buy from us, and we can probably best satisfy their needs if we give them a product that's really different from the rest. bengali movieshttp://www.hindichartersworld.com/hindi-movies-542.htm http://www.theworldofthedayindia.com/india_fotheringay_torrent_download_bengali_film_free_download/ http://www.theworldofthedayindia. cfa1e77820
